No. 68 Labor

Severus watched as his students filed in for class. He looked up as Hermione came in with Harry and Ron at her side. He felt a little nag of guilt as he looked at her swollen belly. He would have to guess she was just about due.

Hermione had been kidnapped in a deatheaters raid on muggles. When Severus found out she was among the deatheaters he begged Voldemort to give her to him saying he would love to exact his revengenge on the 'insufferable know it all' Voldemort gave in but wanted to watch Severus rape her in exchange.

When all was said and done Severus brought her back to hogwarts where she spent the rest of the summer in a shell, not speaking to anyone. When School started again, Poppy gave her a check up and found she was pregnant. That's when she began talking but only when spoken too and very quietly.

Severus watched her through the class. He had helped girls in his own house deal with teenage pregnancy, but this child had a possibility of being his.

Hermione grabbed the edge of the table as she felt a pain in her vaginal area. It was like the one she had when she woke up and at breakfeast. She bit her lip as it got worse then passed.
"You ok?" Harry asked her. Hermione nodded.
"It kicked pretty hard," Hermione said.
"I can't wait till you have that little monster so we can get rid of it and forget it ever exsisted," Ron grumbled. Hermione slapped him hard on the shoulder.
"What that's what you're going to do isn't it?" Ron asked.
"I don't know but that was still a cruel thing to say in general and even worse thing to say to a pregnant woman!" Hermione said and felt her eyes beginning to tear up. Ron apologized adn they continued.

Hermione was feeling very tired from standing all class and brewing. When her potion was done she was so excited for her free period.

Severus got up and leaned against the front of his desk. There was something wrong. Hermione put a sample of her potion in a vile and started for the head of the class. She got to Severus' desk and slowly set the flask down. She gave him a small smile, like she had done everyday lately. She pausedas she turned away. She suddenly felt so dizzy and she lost all sense of direction and began to fall.

Severus instantly wrapped his arms around her as though it had been rehearsed and gently laid her down on the class room floor. He bent her legs up and whiped the hair out of her face.
"Potter, Weasley go fetch Madame Pomfrey!" He called to them.
"We're not going anywhere!" Harry snapped.
"Fine, Miss Bones!" Susan jumped to her feet and dashed out the door.

Hermione slowly opened her eyes. Severus put his hand of her stomach to feel for the baby. She put her hand on his and whimpered as pain went through her again. She reached up and grabbed his shirt.
"Miss Granger, You need to relax and breathe." Severus said. She nodded and began to breathe deeply and slowly.
"Now. How long have been having contractions?" He asked. Hermione looked at him.
"I can feel the baby, it's turned and ready to be born. You're not the first pregnant girl to come through Hogwarts," He told her.
"They woke me up," She told him.
"Class Dismissed!" Severus said and the rest of the class slowly filed out.
"Stupid girl," He said and started to take off his robes.
"Don't talk to her like that!" Harry snapped at him.
"Leave him alone! He's only acting like himself!" Hermione said. Severus took his robe off and put it under her head. He took a chair and put Hermione's feet up on it.

Minutes passed and Hermione gripped Severus' hand as more contractions attacked her. The door opened and they looked up to see Susan Bones.
"Madame Pomfrey's Not here. She's in London!" Susan said.
"What?" Severus asked.
